What you'll do

• You will be part of a team using an automation first approach to testing Sky Q
• Understand the architecture of the product being tested​​
• Review & understand the code to be tested​​
• Carry out tests where a manual simulation is required​
• Carry out tests using automation scripts & automation tools​​
• Analyse and log issues, and provide appropriate feedback​
• Support technical investigations

What you’ll bring

• Domain knowledge in video product​
• Testing experience in video product​
• Experience of using defect tracking tools such as Jira, QC etc​​
• Experience of Python and automation tools​
• Attention to detail – Being detail oriented is required as you will test Products to find ways to improve them and isolate problems​​
