As an Italian Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, acting as a bridge between employers and candidates. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified Italian-speaking professionals, evaluating their skills and experience, and guiding them through the recruitment journey. Your expertise in the Italian language will enable you to effectively communicate with candidates, understand their career aspirations, and present them with suitable job opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview Italian-speaking candidates to assess their qualifications and match them with appropriate job openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and professional networks to actively source and attract talent.
• Evaluate candidate resumes, portfolios, and application materials to determine their suitability for specific roles.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing feedback, updates, and assistance as needed.
• Conduct reference checks and verify employment history to ensure the accuracy of candidate information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market dynamics, and recruitment best practices to enhance the quality of candidate selection.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is a must, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the consumer services industry.
• Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
