Responsibilities

• Conducting candidate sourcing through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screening and evaluating potential candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and experience
• Conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific job roles

Requirements

• Fluency in German, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in recruitment, specifically in sourcing and selecting candidates
