Your mission at IntegriChain:
The mission of this role is to provide Technical Support for IntegriChain’s Contracts & Pricing system.
What this role entails:
- Work through the team’s ticketing system
- Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of IntegriChain's core systems and services
- Ensure resolution or workaround and escalation to complex and/or escalated application issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in their implementation
- Work effectively across users and technical teams to understand issues, problems, and solutions
- Document resolutions and internal procedures and update the Support Knowledge Base
- Work with existing team members to resolve more complex issues through training
Requirements
What you’ll need to thrive in this role:
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem solving, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
- Proven track record of learning new tools or programming languages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in either application support or data analysis
- Strong database and SQL experience (Oracle and Postgres preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with one or more programming/scripting languages
