People & Performance Director

Our People and Performance function is pivotal in ensuring Colliers has the right people, capability and culture to deliver on our business strategy and purpose.

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join our New Zealand Executive Team as Director of People. Join us, working from our waterfront CBD location in a varied, hands-on role, leading a small team to shape the direction of our People & Performance function to ensure delivery of best practice strategies.

The value you'll add

• Partner with our CEO, APAC Regional Director of P&P and Executive team to identify, develop and execute HR strategies and talent solutions aligned with global, regional, and local business strategies.
• Leadership of NZ People & Performance team, offering guidance and influencing positive outcomes across talent management aspects including recruitment, performance, engagement, and retention.
• Create, implement and oversee talent development programmes to enhance skills, career growth and leadership development.
• Lead the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and policies.
