Role

2070 Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Account Receivables Analyst. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medical billing and accounts receivable processes for Psychiatry Providers in US.

Responsibilities

- Patient Billing

- Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.

- Identify denial reason and work on resolution.

- Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.

- Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits.

- Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects.

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week, 2 Rotational Offs

Requirements

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.

Experience
2 years of experience in behavioral health AR process is mandatory.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of medical billing processes and terminology.

- Proficiency in using billing software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of insurance guidelines and regulations.

- Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate.

- Should good understanding of the US Healthcare revenue cycle and its intricacies.

- Should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding.

- Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines affecting AR processes.
