In a nutshell

IT is one of the key factors of our success in pursuing our developmental ambitions within IPF Digital. By working as a part of the IT team that supports our entire digital operations, you will fulfill the role of First Line IT Support in our daily business operations.

Your daily tasks:

  • You will work as a part of the IT Delivery team to ensure effective management and support of business applications.

  • You will personally troubleshoot user issues and investigate incidents related to business applications.
    • You will support both office-based and remote employees.
    • You will be responsible for the proper functioning of the Office and its IT infrastructure.
    • You will develop reports and scripts to support IT operations.
    • You will be in charge of resolving tickets in the Jira system.

Skills

  • Communicative English language skills in both speech and writing
  • Observant with a quick response to issues
  • Teamwork abilities
  • Multitasking and effective time and priority management
  • Motivation to achieve intended goals
  • Flexibility to support other tasks when needed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Relationship-building capabilities

Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems (Microsoft Windows OS - Windows 10, 11, Server 2016, MacOS Sonoma)
  • Knowledge about computer and phone hardware as well as available peripheral devices (Android 14)

Experience

  • Background in IT or a related field
  • Nice to have - experience in supporting business applications - Jira, Confluence
  • Nice to have - experience in providing user support both in-person and remotely
  • Nice to have – experience in working in an international, multicultural environment
  • Background in IT or a related field

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in user support or similar position - nice to have

Other

  • Ability to work on-site 4 days per week - every friday remote! Our office is located 10 mins from West Railway Station at Al. Jerozolimskie 136 in Warsaw.
