About the role

This role offers a dynamic opportunity for an HR professional to contribute to the success of our organization by cultivating a solid and engaged team and working closely with management to align HR practices with organizational goals. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who takes responsibility for decision-making, can prioritize tasks correctly, manages time effectively, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

What you’ll do

• Takes part in developing the long-term strategic direction, vision, and goals of the HR department

• Aligns communications, initiatives, and operations with the organization’s strategic direction

• Provides consultation on HR issues to all levels of leadership and management

• Contributes to the development and maintenance of an organizational culture

• Maintains workplace policies and handbook and develops if needed

• Conducts pre-onboarding with new hires and processes employment paperwork

• Implements and conducts effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees

• Implements and supports HR and organizational programs designed to improve employee engagement

• Uses best practices to develop and deliver learning and development activities that close gaps in employees’ competencies and skills

• Implements and monitors processes within performance management, consulates and helps our leaders to provide a performance review process

• Collects and interprets compensation and benefits data

• Conducts investigations into employee misconduct and suggests disciplinary action when necessary

• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings and terminations and conducts offboarding.

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of professional HR experience

• At least an Upper-Intermediate English level - our common language is English

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business leaders, employees, and HR team

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with business units and stakeholders

• Ability to provide HR consultation and advice to business leaders on various HR matters, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement

• Proficiency in change management principles and experience in guiding organizations through periods of change and transformation

• Strong skills in handling complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution

• Proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to use data to inform HR and business decisions

• Experience in designing and implementing employee training and development programs

• Strong negotiation skills to represent HR interests while balancing business objectives

• Effective time management skills to manage multiple HR initiatives and priorities.
