Yemeksepeti Content Team is Looking for a Project Executive!

Yemeksepeti is looking for a results-driven Project Executive to join the Sales Department’s Vendor Success Project Team, where they will be responsible for implementing more effective and cost-effective solutions for new and current operations. The Yemeksepeti Vendor Success team is in charge of Vendor Relations, Performance, Vendor Training & Communications and the whole menu and content acquisition, for Yemeksepeti restaurants and works in line with the Sales, Marketing, Logistic, and other related departments within Yemeksepeti as well as the global side.

• Build the project structure around large, cross-team initiatives to maximize alignment, drive collaboration, and facilitate communication.
• Oversee the daily operations of the projects and drive decisions to align leadership on the right level of risk for each project
• Deliver status reports that provide the context, narrative, data, transparency, and calls to action for the projects you oversee.
• Deliver new tools/processes/strategies and make successful strategies scalable across department
• Participate in frequent calls/meetings with Delivery Hero Holding and its entities, and act as a go-between local and global stakeholder to drive improvement and efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor and report project outcomes after release and transform into business-as-usual
• Closely monitor progress to targets as defined by the business, flagging potential issues or identifying potential opportunities in achieving the targets in a timely manner and proposing solutions
• Capture current workflows and define new ones to document processes and standard operating procedures, that are carried out by commercial teams, to improve efficiency and efficacy
• Reports to the Yemeksepeti Vendor Success Project Manager, regularly updating and aligning on progress and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or relevant fields.
• Min. 3 years of experience of process development, project management (E-commerce experience is a plus)
• Fluency verbal and written in English is a must.
• Strong follow-up, multitasking, problem solving skills
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge and experience are a great plus.
• Willing to improve oneself in project management.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach, along with being able to drive analysis based on facts and performance data to deliver improvements. Excellent in G Suite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Visio, Miro and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker etc. Project tools and trackers are no stranger to you.
• Effective time, task and risk management skills, the ability to follow up and prioritize work based on determined timelines.
• The ability to work independently and in close collaboration with multiple local and global process owners.
• Excellent communication skills; Able to effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.
• Technical aptitude and a thrive-change mentality with excellent motivational skills to deliver the company’s mission.
• Understanding of the online food-delivery services' vendor success management systems would benefit.
