Creative Design Specialist

As Market Media’s Creative Design Specialist you’ll be an essential cog in getting our campaigns to market, our communications looking sharp and keeping our brand accurate and as it should be!

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Marketing, you’ll be a team player, but able to work independently and bring your own design chops to our work. We expect you to bring thinking and ideas vs just being a paint by numbers kinda person!

You’ll love great design and understand how design and function intersect to create effectiveness and impact and how it can drive not only our business, but our clients business forward.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who take personal responsibility, initiative, and ownership for the work they deliver and have a thirst to learn. You’ll be working with our clients and teams to create vibrant, on-brand campaign assets to execute best in class, modern marketing. In your toolkit you will possess:

• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma.
