Senior Product Owner

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our team in Nixxis Vietnam, a leading software company providing call center and contact center solutions with AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), and preferably, experience or domain knowledge in Contact Center/Call Center SaaS/Solutions. Proficiency in French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders and transform them into detailed product specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Foster a customer-centric culture by regularly engaging with customers and gathering feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
• Monitor product performance and utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS company, preferably within the Contact Center/Call Center industry.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in French is a plus.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI, automation, and customer experience solutions is highly desirable.
