Field Sales Manager

Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPM’s business proposition so as a key member of the CPM Management Team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM. You will demonstrate initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a sales-focused mindset is essential for success in this role.

The focus of this field-based leadership role is to lead and inspire a field sales team to deliver exceptional sales levels through best in class planning, sales execution, compliance and reporting.
