Engineering Intern

• Execution of product testing including documentation.
• Development of test methods and protocols, and reporting of testing completed.
• Generation of solid models and drawings using SolidWorks.
• Investigation and assessments of materials, components and equipment options as needed for development or testing.
• Researching and summarizing applicable medical literature.
• Sourcing and ordering materials and supplies for engineering and development work.
• Maintenance of Engineering laboratory equipment and corresponding supplies inventory.
• Support design change controls documents in Sirtex QMS. (e.g. Design Trace Matrices, QSOP's, QWI's, Product Specifications)

Requirements

• Currently working towards an engineering and ideally having experience in at least one prior internship.
• Strong mechanical aptitude · Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels.
• Highly organized, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently on assignments.
