As a Senior Designer, you will lead creative ideation, collaborating closely with the core creative team to elevate our work both regionally and globally. This role demands a blend of exceptional creative vision, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the business acumen to deliver groundbreaking campaigns. We seek a team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and is equally comfortable taking the initiative to execute design work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver creative concepts, and design solutions for marketing and social media campaigns
• Ideate and execute ideas from beginning to end in a fast-paced working environment
• Present ideas clearly strategically to the Creative Director and marketing teams
• Localize and scale assets for global marketing initiatives
• Ensure that Coda and Codashop’s visual identity is consistent on all brand touchpoints
• Ensure our brand identity is consistent on all touchpoints
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a social media agency, gaming, financial services, hyper-growth technology companies
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• A sharp-eyed, detail-oriented creative with a strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type.
• Committed to delivering work of the highest quality while working with team members to constantly develop new ideas, staying abreast of new media formats, and learning to incorporate them into designs
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
