Senior Analyst

The Opportunity

Cint is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Collections and Credit Control team. Reporting directly to the Head of Collections, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global client base across various regions in the effective management of our Credit Control Department.

As a Senior Analyst within the Collections team your primary focus will be to ensure timely collection of payments, optimizing cash flow and minimizing outstanding debts primarily focused on clients in the EMEA region, with occasional assistance to colleagues in the Americas and APAC regions.

Our collections team also works closely with commercial teams to gain insight into client requirements and facilitate appropriate payment methods as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes and foster long-term partnerships with clients.

What You Will Do

• Chasing of overdue accounts and invoices by telephone, and email
• Ensuring all unallocated payments are accounted for and reconciled
