Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead with a strong background in Salesforce testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in leading QA projects (hands-on), implementing Salesforce test automation, and possess expertise in automation tools such as Provar and/or Selenium. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the QA life cycle, leading an automation team, and ensuring the successful execution of Salesforce QA Automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA life cycle, including the creation of Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases/Scripts, and Defect lifecycle management
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate all testing activities
• Understand SDLC and STLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and guide the team in their effective implementation
• Provide leadership in building automation frameworks from scratch, with hands-on experience in Automation Framework Design & Implementation
• Implement Test Automation using Provar automation tool (preferred). Good to also have working knowledge of using Selenium WebDriver, JAVA, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven
• Successfully executed at least 2 Salesforce QA Automation projects by designing and developing automated test scripts and test cases using Provar (preferred) and/or Selenium
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Administration is mandatory, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture
• Manage Manual and Automation testing activities on projects and identify reusable Test Scripts for automation testing
• Write test cases based on requirements, execute them, maintain requirement traceability, and log JIRA
• Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for defects and new requirements
• Explain the UAT testing process to the customer and actively participate in bug triage meetings
• Work on multi-cloud projects and mentor new hires, guiding them with their tasks
• Hold at least 2 Salesforce certifications
• Preferred: Knowledge of Einstein Chatbots, CPQ, SFS, and IVR

Soft Skills:

• Experience in automation testing using any tool
• Comfortable presenting remotely and in-person, to the managerial level and above
• Comfortable leading user story grooming sessions
• Ability to articulate and communicate effectively, both internally and externally
• Highly organized with the ability to guide the team towards industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Automation Lead/Engineer
• Proven experience in Salesforce QA Automation projects
• Strong knowledge of automation tools, particularly Provar and/or Selenium
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
