This Solutions Architect role will guide and assist Keyfactor customers through implementing and upgrading Keyfactor’s solutions. The position will involve working directly with customers to plan and install/upgrade the software components and troubleshoot issues when they arise. This role will work with other stakeholders in the business to provide input into the product’s strategic roadmap and supporting the managed services area of the business.

The position is based in the US and can be performed remotely. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.
