Requirements

• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical process development, with 5+ years in leadership roles, ideally in gene therapy.
• Proven track record in developing and scaling gene therapy processes, including viral vector production.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, driving high performance, and mentoring staff.
• Expertise in bioprocess engineering, cell culture, upstream/downstream processing, and gene therapy regulations.
