Graphic Designer

Our client is a dynamic creative agency known for offering branding and design services for businesses to help them look and operate at their best. They are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team and contribute to the creation of compelling marketing visual assets, digital/web graphics, and social media content. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a strong design background and the ability to bring ideas to life while adhering to brand guidelines.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) - 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Visual Assets: Design eye-catching visual marketing assets, including digital and print materials.
• Digital/Web Graphics: Create engaging graphics for websites, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Social Media Graphics: Develop captivating social media graphics that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
• Creative for Ads: Design creative assets for advertisements across various platforms, focusing on delivering impactful messages.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
• Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with team members, actively seeking and incorporating feedback to refine designs.

• Consistent Branding: Deliver designs that consistently reflect the brand’s visual identity and messaging across all channels.
• Creative Excellence: Produce high-quality, innovative designs that captivate audiences and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop is required; motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Agency Experience: Previous experience working in an agency environment is advantageous.
• Brand Guidelines: Ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines to create cohesive designs.
• Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and independent, comfortable working in a remote setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
