Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts. You will strategically partner and coach hiring teams across the organization, with a main focus on collaborating with US-based field operations roles.

Your expertise and passion are to lead and own the full recruiting process from end to end (sourcing, scheduling, offers, and everything in between). You’ll help us attract values-aligned talent as well as develop, implement, and execute recruiting strategies. The right person is a team player who thrives in startup culture, wears multiple hats, and is able to work with ownership and urgency in a highly ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for various roles across our teams, targeting candidates with a growth mindset.
