Enterprise Applications Senior Specialist

• Provide technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring their availability and functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with development teams in designing, testing, and implementing application enhancements and upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation for application support procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for application integrations and deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application support or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience with application integration and deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred.
