Technology On-Boarding Manager

  • Lead the onboarding process for new technology projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure smooth execution of technology onboarding.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including implementation, testing, and user training.
  • Monitor and track the progress of technology onboarding activities, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials, to support technology onboarding.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to technology onboarding.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of technology onboarding and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on key metrics and performance indicators related to technology onboarding.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technology onboarding specialists to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies and plans for technology onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technology onboarding or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in financial services or banking industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of technology platforms and systems used in banking operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
