Key responsibilities:

  • Leading inside sales team including target settings and performance evaluation
  • Responsibility for the continuous development of team members through coaching and organizing/managing training (if needed)
  • Planning workload and allocating tasks to IS/trainees
  • Resolve escalations to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Launching quarterly campaigns based on actual sales strategy
  • Developing cooperation with other departments
  • Assist the Director Business Development in various tasks
  • Preparing sales controlling reports
  • Continuous collaboration with the HQ sales project team
  • Strong involvement in projects related to country sales organization

Requirements:

  • Strong sales experience and customer focus, leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of the industry and local market, knowledge of customers and their needs, competitors, and marketplace(s)
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills and project management
  • Ability to think outside of box
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Positive and open minded set up
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
