Who we are looking for:

Re:Car dba Slate is looking for an energetic, organized, experienced PLM & BOM Specialist to join our growing team. This role will lead PLM definition & implementation, vehicle component & assembly attribute definition requirements for BOM creation & management, and release gatekeeping.

What you get to do:

• Guide, develop, and maintain the PLM, BOM system to ensure team coordination and seamless interface with ERP & MES systems.
• Lead the team to ensure all parts and assemblies contain critical attributes and adhere to proper work practices within the PLM system.
• Define efficient and effective workflows to meet vehicle level release requirements.
• Lead the team to identify and resolve integration issues affecting the fidelity of the full vehicle BOM.
• Collaborate with product development teams (systems & components engineering, packaging, manufacturing, project management, change management, and service) to ensure all attributes are correctly captured in the PLM system.
