At Zaha Hadid Architects, we are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our People & Talent (P&T) Team on a permanent contract.

This is a new role in the team we are excited to add.

The purpose of this role will be to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and managing the offers; as well as managing the early career programmes.

| Talent Sourcing and AttractionDevelop and implement internal recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent within the organisationUtilise various sourcing methods, including job postings, working with recruiters and approaching candidates Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future internal positions Candidate Screening and SelectionReview resumes, applications and create shortlistsConduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers / Project CoordinatorsEvaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit Interviewing GuidanceProvide training for interviewers on effective interviewing techniquesDevelop template interview questions for interviewers to use and ensure consistent approach across the practice Collaboration and Relationship BuildingPartner with department heads and P&T team to understand staffing needs and organisational goalsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring processServe as a point of contact for internal candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process Immigration Keep up to date on the latest immigration rules that may impact recruitment needs and to ensure compliance for candidates from overseasAdvise Managers and employees on requirements, process, and timelinesDiscuss with candidates if they need sponsorshipRecruitment Reporting and AdministrationTrack and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal hiring effortsProvide regular reports and updates to the business and Head of P&TIdentify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the recruitment processGain sign off for the hiring processesEnsure vacancy and candidate details are correct and up to dateEnsure the applicant tracking software via the HRIS is utilized to its full potential, suggest improvements and work with the Head of People & Talent and the external software provider to implement improvements and updates Early CareersTo lead the planning and delivery of apprenticeship and early careers programmes, including internships and work experienceEnsure the applicant tracking system for the company’s internships and work experience programmes via the HRIS software and staff referrals is up to date and correctManaging the onboarding and offboarding processes for the early careers programs, from conducting right to work checks to coordinating internal processes with IT, Accounts, Facilities and ReceptionTo work collaboratively with Hiring Managers to shortlist candidates to promote and attract the very best early careers talent, improving workforce diversity, and enabling people of all backgrounds to develop successful careersTo act as a point of contact throughout the apprenticeship and early careers programs, including pastoral, learning and peer-to-peer support, to ensure that all learners can achieve their full potentialBuild relationships with external universities and organisations to promote apprenticeship and internship offers and seek opportunities to attend careers fairs and networking eventsAttend regular meetings with Hiring Managers for effective planning and delivery of the apprenticeship and early careers programs on offerTo continuously look at ways to improve attraction, onboarding and offboarding experience for candidates and internally across departments Talent Development and RetentionSupport internal career development initiatives by identifying potential career paths and opportunities for employees, nurturing the next generation of talentWork closely with the P&T team on Learning and Development initiatives to promote internal training and development programs | |
