In close cooperation with our partners, we provide advertising formats that offer genuine relevance for our users and, as a result, lead to higher sales.We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Platform Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our advertising platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform management, incident resolution, data management, and partner integrations. Reporting to the Head of Platform Excellence, the Platform Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of our platform, as well as fostering strong partnerships with external stakeholders.

  • Ensure the availability, accuracy, and reliability of the platform, overseeing data integrity and performance enhancements.

  • Support quality assurance initiatives across the platform, including data importation, APIs, and core applications.

  • Support projects aimed at improving platform performance and operational efficiency, ensuring cross-team collaboration.

  • Provide 2nd Level Support for issues from commercial and technical teams, owning incident resolution and management.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Commercial Operations, Data, and Finance Teams to ensure a successful and reliable platform experience for customers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in platform operations, incident management, data management, and partner integrations.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps technologies (Artifactory, GIT/GITOps, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, ArgoCD)

  • Automation and development skills for infrastructure management tasks (AWS, Java, PHP, TypeScript)

  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal teams.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring a cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
