Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and embraces the challenges of the ever-changing web development landscape.

• The product development organization grows with each (new) product. Your task within the management team will be to collaboratively structure the overall organization for maximum scalability – even across international locations

• Create an architecture and application environment that is cloud-based, well-tested (automated testing) and secured
• Build and lead teams of about 8 to 15 software engineers including hiring, coaching, mentoring,and hands-on career development
• Actively advance agile software development practices
• Grow and inspire a shared culture of engineering excellence and knowledge sharing whilst retaining team independence and velocity
• Facilitate collaboration towards a shared domain-driven architecture, tackling the challenges of multi-team development with solid architectural principles
