About the role

SEO and Content make up an important part of our lead generation process in the UK. We're seeking an experienced SEO & Content Marketing Manager to take our content in the UK to the next level and drive our acquisition of leads organically through our content.

Reporting to the UK Brand & Content Lead, this role will build on the success of our current content plan. You will use your SEO expertise and copywriting skills to optimise content for organic traffic generation.

What you’ll be doing

• Help refine an SEO content strategy for the UK market and develop a plan to create content and drive our audience to that content.
• Use tools throughout our tech stack (Google Analytics, SEM Rush, etc.) to gain insights into our audience to further develop and refine our content strategy.
• Craft compelling content that aligns with the overall business objectives and content themes.
• Write a variety of content across the customer journey; thought-leadership reports, guides, blog posts, landing pages, editorial content with PR, script writing for video and/or radio, and paid & organic social content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, website, sales, marketing) across the business to drive projects forward and meet deadlines.
• Review and edit content created by other team members or external contributors to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay informed about the latest content marketing trends, and industry news to maintain a fresh and relevant perspective.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience in a content marketing role, demonstrating the ability to use content effectively to drive traffic.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimise content for organic traffic generation.
• Ability to analyse current SEO performance using the existing tech stack, understand opportunities, and make a plan to act
• Familiarity with various content needs across the customer journey, and knowledge of which content formats work best in different contexts.
• Experience in defining and tracking key metrics related to content performance (e.g. engagement, leads, conversions) and analysing data to measure effectiveness.
• Comfortable working with emerging brands that don’t have set TOV guidelines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing projects.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
• Strong communication skills, and able to manage a flexible calendar to meet with global team members on a weekly basis (UK, Singapore/Malaysia, Australia).
• Proven project and logistics management skills with an ability to prioritise and delegate tasks.
• Experience with Marketo and Wordpress a plus.
