- Act as the point of contact for all technical engineering matters throughout the project, supporting internal and site teams.
- Ensure technical specifications meet contractual requirements, delivering on time and within budget.
- Prepare technical documentation for RFQ/PO processes, evaluate bids, and assist in supplier selection.
- Supervise suppliers, including pre-inspection meetings, kick-off meetings, and reviewing technical and quality documentation.
- Manage CAE lists, collaborate with quality inspectors, and support the site team during erection and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and provide monitoring information to project management.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical engineering within Oil & Gas, Energy, or Renewables; basic electrical engineering knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in preparing specifications for mechanical equipment and systems.
- Skilled in system development, optimization, and working with international project teams.
- Fluent in English and local language (minimum B2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in 2D/3D CAD methodology, CAE tools, and proficient in MS Office.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex situations with a hands-on mentality and effective cross-cultural communication.
