What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

  • Be there for our customers at all times - communicate, analyze, troubleshoot, report, and resolve;
  • Become a product expert and constantly grow by expanding your knowledge and gaining new skills;
  • Provide omni-channel support via email and chat. No calls!;
  • Contribute to company success by adapting to internal processes in a fast-paced environment;
  • Collaborate with different teams constantly to make a difference in product, customer, and company lives;
  • Currently, we are looking for a colleague who could work on morning weekday shifts and at least 1 weekend shift to cover the EET zone.

We expect that you’ll bring:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);

  • Consultant position with a monthly fee starting from 1000 EUR/month. The consulting fee for this position is open to negotiation with the possibility of adjustments to reflect increased responsibilities over time;

Interview Process Steps:

1. Application review

2. HR screening call: 30 min

3. Homework task: 30min-1h

4. Hiring manager interview: 30 min

5. Additional task: 30 min (optional)

6. Final interview: 30 min
