The Head of Department (HOD) provides overall leadership and direction to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical department.

The candidate must have international mindset and adept at managing large & multidisciplinary projects. Responsible for managing teams dedicated to the Nordic countries & UK. Plays a critical role in providing the strategic direction, management, and performance of the department. Must work very closely with Director Transport and collaborate with overseas counterparts, understand the dynamics of each geography/market and build strong relationship to drive the growth of global workshare.
