About the role

This is a part time (20 hours per week) 12-month fixed term opportunity.

Bluecurrent (formerly Vector Metering) is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.

We have an exciting newly created opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to our dynamic Bluecurrent team. In this role, you will look after the end-to-end learning processes and systems to build capability across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • System and general L&D administration.
  • Managing learning records, uploading content, reporting on our LMS.
  • Assisting with additional learning technologies such as Chameleon and e-learning modules.
  • Work with other teams to analyse, review and develop learning solutions and opportunities to meet capability and compliance requirements.
  • Support the business with training needs analysis.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and organised Learning and Development Coordinator with a problem solving and continuous improvement mindset who has a strong focus on delivery and attention to detail. To be successful for this role, you will have previous proven experience:

  • managing Learning Management Systems
  • designing, coordinating and delivering learning experiences
  • supporting end users
  • working with SuccessFactors LMS and Chameleon Creator

Additionally, your communication, relationship building and influencing skills will be excellent with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with all stakeholders.
