Project Manager

Take full responsibility for efficiently managing online data collection projects across multiple accounts while maintaining and fostering positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Requirements

• Independently manage multiple research projects at various stages, from initial sale to final delivery, with minimal supervision, ensuring flawless execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Review and assess project specifications and research designs for fielding and data collection.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, recommendations, and escalating issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Efficiently utilize Sago systems throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to provide timely progress updates.
• Deploy samples, coordinate with vendors, and monitor the field to ensure timely completion of required quotas, including managing reprovals, quota reports, and field reports.
• Respond promptly to unexpected or urgent issues, managing resolutions and escalating as needed.
• Validate and prepare data deliveries to meet client expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data while maintaining project margins.
• Build and nurture successful client relationships.
• Adhere to company SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
