Job Summary

Ticket Dispatcher and SLA management engineer

The first section that must contact customers via telephony system, email, Microsoft teams, other channels and can separate Incident, Complaint, Change Request and Info Request in order to maintain SLA at the specified level.

Also take care of cases that can come in at the same time, arrange priority cases, including being able to set an SLA for that case by quickly forwarding it to other related departments, being able to handle talking with customers. Understanding what customers want and assign symptoms within the allotted time.

Job Description

1. Monitor case incoming via telephony system, email, Microsoft teams, other channels
2. Able to work under high pressure.
3. Dispatching orders for Incident, Complaint, Change Request, Info Request.
4. Prioritize case according to urgency and importance.
5. Open and close ticket according to the symptom and accurately.
6. Screen "Known case" and "Unknown case" issue.
7. Tracking case from the responsible owner.
8. On time progress update.
