DataLab USA is a leading analytics and technology-driven database marketing consultancy. We specialize in building large-scale addressable marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies across various verticals, including Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, and Travel & Leisure.

DataLab's Marketing Technology team is looking for a Software Developer. The candidate will be instrumental in developing data processing solutions and technical services tailored to support our clients' business objectives.

** Only back-end development experience**

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable and secure software leveraging Python, C#, C++ for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Engage in a broad spectrum of technical and business challenges related to big data processing, Web APIs, and a variety of Web solutions
  • Prototype, design, and implement internal process improvements to automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and build infrastructure for greater scalability.
  • Collaborate with the team to support the build of new solutions, addressing complex system design challenges.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring junior developers, leading project teams, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Drive the application development process end-to-end as an independent contributor.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in back-end software development.

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming fundamentals.

  • Proficiency in .NET/C# or Java.

  • Proven record of delivering complete Web solutions

  • Experience in Python and experience with data processing.

  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with cloud technologies like Snowflake, Kubernetes/Docker, and AWS/Azure.

  • Excellent interpersonal, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to learn by doing, executing, monitoring, and quality controlling existing ETL.

  • Eagerness to contribute to the team while developing an understanding of DataLab’s solutions and their impact on client goals.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
