B2B Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities:

• B2B Marketing Strategy Development: Build and drive the B2B marketing strategy to enlarge the sales pipeline, nurture existing relationships, and seize new opportunities.
• Target Audience Development: Work with the commercial team to identify and build target industries, personas, and company profiles for effective targeting.
• Brand Proposition:
  • Develop and strengthen the brand proposition within the target market, emphasising value propositions for potential clients.
  • Ensure consistency of the B2B brand across all customer-facing materials and platforms.
• Copywriting: Be excited by both writing relevant and thought leading copy that ensures Hertility stands out in the corporate benefits space, as well as collaborating with others for its delivery.
• Multi-channel Campaign Management:
  • Create and implement multi-channel campaigns to expand the network of potential clients, delivering high-quality MQLs for the sales team.
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to analysis, ensuring alignment with growth targets.
