Data Team Lead

• Work with colleagues and partners to understand local data needs and coordinate tasks
• Manage schedules and communicate with stakeholders on progress through reports, presentations, etc. within area of responsibility.
• Orchestrate activities to lead the local data team efficiently to achieve goals in area of responsibility.
• Productively and proactively resolve issues and challenges and report to management.
• Provide input for the development of plans with clear goals and details for team members to pick up tasks.
• Allocate the appropriate personnel and resources to complete goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (or higher) in Computer science, Electronic engineering or related field
• Good English in written and verbal
• At least 5 years work experience as a data engineer/analyst or in a similar role

1. Experience within semiconductor industry
2. Experience with leading teams
3. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python)
4. Great numerical and analytical skills

• Self-motivated, good communication skills and team spirit
• Ability to work in an international project team
