Senior Product Manager

Mission

Finch was started by 2 friends (Nino & Steph 🙇🏾‍♂️🙇🏻‍♀️) who struggled with anxiety and depression and found self-care challenging to stick with. We decided to build Finch hoping to make self-care fun and accessible after seeing many others share similar struggles. Finch was launched in 2021, and our team is grateful to have helped over 10 million people on their mental health journeys.

Role Summary

We are looking for our first-ever product manager! You will work closely with the founders to drive strategy and build delightful and engaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to drive the product development process, including feature ideation, user research, design, development, and experimentation.
• Work closely with founders to execute the product vision and strategy. Build alignment across cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and designers to build fun and delightful product experiences.
• Define the goals for your product areas to drive growth and engagement, and achieve them!

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience building consumer mobile apps
• Proficiency in leveraging data and experimentation to inform product decisions
• Self-starter who thrives in lean, fast-paced environments
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer subscription apps
• Experience with health & wellness products & services (or passion for the category)
