Marketing and E-Commerce Associate

Our headquarters are located in Helsinki and we have a regional office in Hong Kong. Our company operates exclusively in English.

The role

We are excited to invite a motivated and talented professional to join our Hong Kong team as a Marketing and E-Commerce Associate. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the digital success and growth of our high-end brands, working closely with our Managing Director.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless operations.
• Creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to boost our brands' online presence.
• Overseeing the development and management of content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Collaborating with external partners, such as digital agencies and tech providers, to enhance our e-commerce efforts.
• Handling customer inquiries and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout their journey.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in e-commerce is a plus
• A “can do” attitude and being highly proactive in your work.
• Fluent in English
