Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates. We are hiring a Software Developer in our Little Rock, Arkansas office. In the role of software developer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this mission by designing and implementing new software applications that improve the companyโ€™s transactional capabilities.

  • Responsible for the design, development and support of a mission-critical processing platform and other enterprise applications
  • Maintain and update existing software applications to ensure functionality and reliability
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications and processes
  • Can work independently on projects, as well as lead technical teams on projects while collaborating with peers and other technology teams
  • Participate in system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software applications
  • Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability of codebase
  • Enjoy contributing to solutions servicing a global market in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced payments industry

Requirements

  • 7-10 years' experience in software development, design and system integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong programming/design experience including CLLE, DDS, SDA, CMD, and sub-file processing.
  • Programming experience with SQL.
  • RPG LE experience using free format and procedures.
  • Knowledge of IBM Series.
  • Programming experience wiht RPG ILE and RPG Free.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java and Python
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles
  • Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Experience with database systems, such as SQL and Oracle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
