We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead our high throughput phenotyping (HTP) product line. Will only consider candidates that have a deep background in agricultural sciences, phenotyping technologies, and agile product management. As the HTP Product Owner, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of our phenotyping products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and advance our company's goals.
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the HTP product line.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market demands.
SAFe Agile Product Development:
- Lead the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product engineering, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
