ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Benefits Analyst will embrace ownership of the daily operations of Waystar benefit programs and will further support and assist in the planning and implementation of benefit policies and programs in alignment with team member needs, organizational goals, and market competitive differentiation. The Benefits Analyst will participate in planning, priority setting, process improvement activities, and project management to maintain and elevate Waystar benefit program offerings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
What You'll Do
Benefits Administration:
- Embrace ownership of benefit administrations across all programs including health and welfare, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit transactions, payroll contributions, vendor interface files, and benefit invoices.
- Partner cross-functionally with HRIS team to ensure Workday benefits module is properly configured for seamless functionality and drive innovation in the automation of benefit processes.
