General Corporate Attorney

Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier, internationally recognized law firm in their search for a 3rd to 5th year General Corporate Attorney to join their corporate practice in Seattle, WA. The General Corporate Attorney will provide comprehensive legal support and counsel to ensure that the company's operations are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role involves working closely with various departments to address a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, contract negotiations, compliance, and risk management.

Associates with three to five years of general corporate experience involving public and private companies are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• exactly 3, 4 or 5 years of experience working as a General Corporate attorney
• experience representing high growth businesses in connection with venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters for technology, life sciences and other high growth companies
• experience working in corporate departments of national or international law firms
• high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school

Benefits

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
