We’re incredibly excited to now be recruiting for a Process Improvement Business Analyst within our Legal & General Retail Business. This new and exciting role will be to investigate, analyse, review and document our business processes and operating models to improve our efficiency and generate better business and customer outcomes.

You'll have the opportunity to propose process improvements solutions and deliver business and customer benefits to our business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Investigating, analysing and modelling business processes and our information flows to help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifying solutions through automation or other methods and looking to make recommendations to business managers.
  • You'll be documenting process change requirements.
  • Assisting with defining, planning and reviewing project deliverables, through the project lifecycle to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Identify evaluate and raise change risks, issues and dependencies that may impact project deliverables, proposing mitigating actions where appropriate.
