Finance Director Nordic and Baltic

The main responsibilities are:

• Sales reporting to Nordic LT team
• Sales reporting to BUD’s and product managers
• Monthly clawback support for Sweden and Estonia
• OPEX and direct products costs reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting for Nordic (F1, F2, F3 and budget)
• Calculation of Sales plan (bonus) for commercial each quarter
• Monthly closing for Swedish Orphan Biovitrum A/S
• Responsible for travel claim system in Denmark
• Monthly payroll
• Support and ensure usable monitoring and evaluation report and tools for M&S and GM
• Monthly VAT reporting
• Payment in bank system
• Annual report for Denmark
• Office management tasks; responsible for car contracts, insurance and sales surveillance support
• Project driven Nordic controller support
• Super-user and global support in IFS
• Other short-term projects support

Requirements

Education/Learning Experience

_Required:_Business school, Bachelor of Commerce,

Desired: A broad understanding of all aspects of accounting, payroll, budget

Work Experience

Required: at least 5 years
