According to numerous surveys, employees worldwide want to continue working from home a few days a week, coming into the office for creative teamwork and social interaction. Flowscape has one of the market's strongest products for making the new normal work, with solutions for booking workplaces, meeting rooms, parking spaces, and even seats for furry friends. What We Offer

We offer a stimulating and enjoyable job at a small software company experiencing strong international growth. You will play a central role in the R&D team, with responsibility for the frontend developed in Flutter/Dart. Our R&D team is composed of multi-talented developers working on a cloud-based backend built on micro services written in Java, and a mobile and web frontend developed in Flutter/DART. We also work with IoT devices based on LoRa, a map engine in Unity and much more. We prioritize fast learning and quick correction of mistakes, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. You will work from our new, centrally located Stockholm office, with the option to work remotely a few days a week.

About the Position

You will have a leading role in our Frontend team developing a new product/platform we call the Workplace App. We will use the Flutter framework to develop a common codebase for Web, Android and IOS applications. Since we just started you will have a central role in forming the new platform’s architecture. Flowscape is known in the market for our innovative solutions and easy to use Ui. In the new product we will take this to a new level and invent functions that improves the lives of millions of hybrid workers worldwide. We think that the best innovative solutions comes from a close cooperation between the Ux/Ui team and the frontend developers. We break new grounds every day by e.g. integrating a Unity map into Flutter and using the mobile phone’s built in sensor for accurate indoor positioning.

Your Profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in Frontend Development including a few years in the Flutter framework, focusing on mobile/web applications. You possess strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and a curiosity to learn and share knowledge. You appreciate working in a smaller team where you have significant opportunities to shape the overall system.
