Social Commerce Community Coordinator

The Social Commerce Community Coordinator will provide coverage for our social media channels. This is a full-time role and will involve addressing comments and inquiries on our videos and affiliate videos on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and others. With no current community presence on these channels, your role will be crucial in establishing our legitimacy and building a positive reputation.

Job Expectations:

• Monitor and respond to comments on our videos and affiliate videos on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Engage with viewers, affiliates and content creators to address questions and concerns about iHerb.
• Provide accurate information about our company and products.
• Work collaboratively with our Customer Service team to ensure 24-hour coverage.
• Utilize Google Suite for documentation, collaboration, and communication.
