FEMA Program Manager

ISN is seeking a Program Manager responsible for oversight of the FEMA Individuals and Households Program (IHP) Field Services contract providing natural disaster response housing assessments and providing information resources to homeowners. This role involves ensuring compliance with program regulations and guidelines, meeting or exceeding contract requirements, logistics for quick mobilization of personnel, and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

Program Management: Lead and manage all contract activities, ensure timely and efficient delivery of assistance to disaster-affected properties and their homeowners.

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between FEMA, state and local agencies, and other partners. Facilitate coordination and communication to ensure alignment and support for program objectives.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to FEMA regulations, policies, and guidelines. Prepare and review program reports, documentation, and audit responses to maintain program integrity and transparency.
