Smartly has a tremendously exciting opportunity to join our Global Commercial Enablement team as the EMEA CS Enablement Manager. You will lead the re-imagination of scalable, enablement programs for our Customer Success team, so they can be the best strategic advisors to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who can envision, design, implement, and foster a culture of continuous growth and learning across our organization. You will work to optimize, improve, and in some cases completely reimagine our current processes and programs so that we can not only meet but exceed our goals.

As the EMEA CS Enablement Manager you will...

  • In this role, you will drive organizational alignment, promote ongoing development and accelerate new hire ramp for our Customer Success organization by owning and maintaining curriculum, content creation, and execution. In addition, this person will implement creative solutions that increase product knowledge and drive user adoption.
