Learning & Development Program Manager

What You Will Be Doing:

As Helion's Learning & Development Program Manager, you will develop comprehensive learning programs that help grow our organization and its employees. You will identify, plan, and facilitate robust learning solutions for employees at all levels. Your experience helping others grow plays a critical role in ensuring our employees have the knowledge and develop skills they need for individual success and to achieve our goals. You will report directly to our People Operations Manager at our headquarters in Everett, WA.

You Will:

• Design & Development our Learning Programs: Design and implement engaging training programs that align with our goals and values, curate learning management system (LMS) content, develop training materials and collateral to facilitate training sessions, and maintain internal documentation and databases to organize and advertise employee learning resources.
